In-Home Care

ICHS PACE at Legacy House brings assistance to your door with in-home care. Services are individualized to meet each person’s needs. This might be temporary assistance as you recover from an injury, or long-term help with routine tasks. All home care is provided by trained and certified professionals who will help monitor your overall well-being. Examples of in-home care include help with bathing, meal preparation, laundry, light cleaning or medication management. In-home care can also include physical and occupational therapy to help restore movement and function.
