Caring for an aging loved one can be a source of emotional and financial stress. Family members may have a job and other responsibilities in addition to being a caregiver. It may be hard to cope with changes at home. The ICHS PACE program at Legacy House provides resources and support to help family members in their journey. We encourage family members to participate in their loved one’s care and we are here to answer questions.

PACE participants must receive all needed health care services, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services), from ICHS PACE or an entity authorized by ICHS PACE. ICHS PACE services must be authorized by the interdisciplinary team based on your individual needs.
